Estas klako de fotilo

Mi promenas trans
la scenejon de l’ aktualo
Mi deklamas mian parton
Jarcentoj observas

Miaj faroj estas frazoj
En ia granda libro

Mi amas
Mi suferas
Mi malsategas tremas
Feliĉas malfeliĉas
Mi ne estas grava
la poemo estas

I make my way across it

A beautiful landscape?
Why stare at it?
The important thing
is the click of the camera
there... got it

I walk across
the stage of the present
I recite my lines
centuries are watching

My deeds are sentences
in some great book

I love
I suffer
I starve shiver
am happy unhappy
I am not important
the poem is

My life
a document
