Note from R. Dumain: When I inaugurated the Emanuel Fried Center in June 2003, there was practically nothing about Manny Fried on the web, and I concluded that a major web presence was needed. As you can see, Manny has gained quite a bit of attention in recent years and remains highly active, but judging from this material, his considerable reputation seems to remain largely confined to Western New York. Please do what you can to spread the word far and wide. (19 November 2008)
